Terms of Service

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using FunS Wallet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App. Your continued use of FunS Wallet constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any future updates.

FunS Wallet is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet application that allows users to manage digital assets on the BNB Smart Chain and Ethereum blockchain networks.

The App enables you to create wallets, send and receive cryptocurrency tokens, view token balances, and monitor transaction history.

Free FunS Wallet is free to download and use. Standard blockchain network fees (gas fees) apply to on-chain transactions and are paid directly to network validators, not to us.

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use FunS Wallet.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of FunS Wallet complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules in your jurisdiction. Cryptocurrency regulations vary by country and region, and it is your responsibility to understand and follow them.

Critical You are solely responsible for safeguarding your mnemonic phrase (recovery phrase) and PIN code. Anyone with access to your mnemonic phrase can access and transfer your funds.

You must securely back up your mnemonic phrase offline and never share it with anyone, including FunS Wallet support.

You are fully responsible for all transactions initiated from your wallet. Verify all transaction details — including recipient addresses, amounts, and network selection — before confirming.

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and that the value of digital assets can fluctuate significantly. You understand and accept the inherent risks associated with using blockchain technology and holding digital assets.

Non-Custodial FunS Wallet is a non-custodial wallet. This means we do not hold, store, or have access to your private keys, mnemonic phrases, or funds at any time.

All private keys and wallet data are generated and stored exclusively on your device using AES-256-CBC encryption.

Because we do not have access to your private keys, we cannot:

- Reverse, cancel, or modify any blockchain transactions
- Recover lost or forgotten mnemonic phrases or PIN codes
- Freeze, lock, or restrict access to your funds
- Access your wallet on your behalf

Important If you lose your mnemonic phrase and cannot access your device, your funds will be permanently inaccessible. There is no recovery mechanism.

All transactions conducted through FunS Wallet are processed on public blockchain networks (BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum). Once a transaction is broadcast to the network, it is irreversible.

Transactions are subject to network fees (gas fees) determined by the respective blockchain network. These fees are not collected by FunS Wallet and may vary based on network congestion.

We are not responsible for any issues arising from blockchain network congestion, delays, failures, forks, or other network-level events that may affect the processing or outcome of your transactions.

You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are publicly visible on-chain and are not private.

FunS Wallet connects to third-party services to provide its functionality:

Public RPC Nodes — to broadcast transactions and retrieve blockchain data (e.g., Ankr, Binance public nodes, Ethereum public nodes).

Price APIs — to display real-time token price information (e.g., CoinGecko).

Block Explorers — to provide links to transaction details (e.g., BscScan, Etherscan).

We do not control, operate, or guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services. Their use may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Temporary unavailability of third-party services may affect certain App features but will not compromise the security of your locally stored wallet data.

The FunS Wallet name, logo, user interface design, and proprietary source code are owned by FunS Wallet and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its branding without our prior written consent.

The App may incorporate open-source software components, which are subject to their respective open-source licenses. Nothing in these Terms restricts your rights under those licenses.

As Is FunS Wallet is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

We make no representations or warranties regarding the value, stability, or future availability of any cryptocurrency tokens displayed or managed through the App.

We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of price data, balance information, or any other data obtained from third-party services and displayed in the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FunS Wallet and its developers, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

This includes, but is not limited to, liability for:

- Loss of funds due to user error (e.g., sending to wrong address, lost mnemonic phrase)
- Loss of funds due to smart contract vulnerabilities or exploits
- Blockchain network failures, delays, or congestion
- Third-party service outages or inaccurate data
- Unauthorized access to your device or wallet
- Fluctuations in cryptocurrency market value

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App, which is zero as FunS Wallet is free.

You may stop using FunS Wallet at any time by simply uninstalling the App from your device. Uninstalling will delete all locally stored wallet data.

Important Before uninstalling, ensure you have securely backed up your mnemonic phrase if you wish to retain access to your funds using another wallet application.

We reserve the right to discontinue, suspend, or modify the App at any time. If we discontinue the App, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice so users can back up their wallet data. Your funds remain accessible through any compatible wallet application using your mnemonic phrase, regardless of whether FunS Wallet is available.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may be communicated through App updates.

Your continued use of FunS Wallet after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the App and uninstall it from your device.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of FunS Wallet shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration related to the App.
