Privacy Policy

Zero Collection FunS Wallet does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our servers.

All wallet data — including private keys, mnemonic phrases, PIN codes, wallet addresses, and transaction history — is stored exclusively on your device in encrypted local storage.

We do not require account registration, email addresses, phone numbers, or any identifying information to use the App.

All sensitive data is encrypted using AES-256-CBC encryption with PBKDF2 key derivation and HMAC-SHA256 integrity verification, stored only in your device's secure local storage.

Your private keys and mnemonic phrases never leave your device. We have no ability to access, recover, or view your wallet credentials.

When you perform transactions or check balances, the App communicates directly with public blockchain networks (BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum) through RPC endpoints.

These interactions are inherent to blockchain technology. Blockchain transactions are publicly visible on-chain by design. FunS Wallet does not add any additional data collection to these interactions.

The App may interact with the following third-party services for functionality:

Blockchain RPC Providers — to broadcast transactions and query on-chain data (e.g., Ankr, Binance public nodes, Ethereum public nodes).

Price Data — to display current token prices via public APIs (e.g., CoinGecko).

Block Explorers — to display transaction details (e.g., BscScan, Etherscan).

We do not share any personal data with these services. Only your public wallet address may be included in standard blockchain queries, which is inherent to blockchain operations.

No Tracking FunS Wallet does not use analytics SDKs, advertising trackers, cookies, or any form of user activity monitoring.

We do not track your usage patterns, screen views, tap events, or any behavioral data.

Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to share. We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transfer any user information to third parties.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the data stored on your device:

Encryption — AES-256-CBC with PBKDF2 key derivation (100,000 iterations).

Authentication — 6-digit PIN with optional biometric (fingerprint/face) verification.

Integrity — HMAC-SHA256 verification to detect tampering.

Important You are solely responsible for safeguarding your mnemonic phrase and PIN. If lost, we cannot recover your wallet or assets.

FunS Wallet is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Since the App collects no personal data, no special measures for children's data are necessary.

You have full control over your data at all times:

Export — Back up your mnemonic phrase or private key at any time.

Delete — Use the "Reset Wallet" function to permanently erase all wallet data from your device.

Uninstall — Removing the App deletes all locally stored data.

These rights align with GDPR and CCPA requirements, though our zero-collection approach means minimal data handling is needed.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated through App updates and reflected in the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
